How do I back up my progress?

Go to Profile, Account & backup and sign in with Apple or Google. The app then backs up your progress when you open it and after each exercise, practice round or puzzle. Sync now backs it up straight away.

You don't need an account to play. Without one, your progress stays only on your phone.

How do I move to a new phone?

1. On your old phone, sign in under Profile, Account & backup.
2. Install Flagkeeper on the new phone.
3. On the welcome screen, tap I already have an account and sign in with the same Apple or Google account.

It works between iPhone and Android too, with either kind of sign-in. If the new phone already has progress of its own, the app asks which progress to keep. Without an account the progress can't be moved.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Profile, Account & backup, Delete account. The account deletion page has the steps, what gets deleted and when, and what to do if you can't use the app.

To start again without deleting your account, use Profile, Learning, Reset progress.

A flag or a name is wrong

Tell us in the app: Profile, Report a mistake, or Report a mistake on the flag's own page under Progress. Pick what's wrong and describe it. Add your email address if you'd like a reply. Reports work offline too. The app sends them once you're back online.

Does it work offline?

Yes. The daily exercise, the daily puzzle and practice all work without a connection, and every flag is in the app. Signing in, syncing and sending reports need a connection. If you are signed in, the app syncs your answers the next time you're online.

Which languages does it speak?

English, Slovak, Czech, German, Polish, Hungarian, Spanish, French, Italian and Brazilian Portuguese. Change the language under Profile, Language. Country names change with it.

My reminders don't arrive

Check Profile, Notifications, and make sure your phone allows notifications from Flagkeeper in its settings. The app sends at most two reminders a day.
